Every load our owner-operators haul runs through a team in Schererville. These are the in-house functions behind the operation, and the kinds of roles we hire for:

- Plans each day's loads, matches freight to trucks, and keeps drivers moving between mills, processors and job sites.

- Keeps the fleet within FMCSA rules: driver qualification, inspections, training, and the records behind them.

- Invoices customers and pays our owner-operators their weekly settlements.

- Quotes freight, answers shippers, and keeps them updated from pickup to delivery.
